Can't we all see the Bible alike?
well we could...but it is not very likely.
There are a lot of personalities and egos out there.
So let's just start with You, Me, and God.
God opinion is the only one that matters when it comes to...
His Word
His salvation
His church
and His commands for us.
Can we see it His way?
We can see the Bible alike if we humble ourselves and place God and the Bible...
above ourselves
Proverbs 14:12 There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.
Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
It is so hard to look within ourselves and see that maybe we have been wrong about something - something that we have held to for a long time. It has made us feel secure. Could we be wrong?
Psalm 119:59 I thought about my ways, And turned my feet to Your testimonies.

Matthew 19:29 And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life.
Luke 14:26“If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple.
We love our family (and we should) but if they, are wrong about how we can have a relationship with God it is vital that we listen to God's Word.

John 15:15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
Christ could be the best friend we ever had!
I Corinthians 15:33 Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.”
...that is not to say that our friends are what you might call evil, but they can influence us and when it comes to something as important as salvation, we need to set our minds to placing the Bible above their views.

John 4:3-26 He left Judea and departed again to Galilee. 4 But He needed to go through Samaria.5 So He came to a city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the plot of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. 6 Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour. 7 A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.” 8 For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food. 9 Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, “How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.10 Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”11 The woman said to Him, “Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then do You get that living water? 12 Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?”13 Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, 14 but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. Jesus has difficult things to say to the Samaritan woman that He meet at the well. Things that might have hurt her feelings. But such things are important to hear.
The Samaritans were worshipping at the wrong place. They needed to proselyte to the Jewish nation and worship according to the Law of Moses.
But Christ said, "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Today it does not matter who we are or where we live. We can find salvation and worship through Christ.
We can worship and serve Him with the proper attitude and with the proper actions.
If people are not doing that, they are not pleasing God.

You see, it doesn't matter what you think. It doesn't matter what I think! It doesn't matter what our family or friends or religious organization or world thinks.
It is only matters what God thinks when it comes to how we serve and worship Him. Especially if those thing disagree. Let us speak where the Bible speaks and be silent where the Bible is silent.
